Decide if you would like a strainer (a solid body structure that is not expandable or able to be unassembled,) or a mechanical stretcher.
Choose a standard or heavy duty body and lip size from the product page. The lip provides the depth, and sizes come in 1 1/8, 1 1/2, and 2 inches. We can also make custom depths up to 3 inches for an additional charge.
Choose a crossbar configuration. That can vary from project to project, but typically one crossbar for stretcher bars over 36 inches, and another one for every additional 30 inches is standard.
Multi sectional stretchers are available for paintings that require folding or to be rolled.
